For retail product : Please return any product requiring service or repair in the first place to the dealer or distributor from whom you acquired it. If you are unable to or need to know whom to contact in your region, send us a message.
Professional / Shop tool products: Do not ship your product direct to TecMate without our prior knowledge. An RGA # must be provided and to get that, you must contact us (or our appointed regional distributor) first, either by telephone, fax or fill out the form.
We cannot accept responsibility if a product is lost without being consulted on where it should be sent and safest way to send it. If you are unsure, fill out the form.
